A very nice restaurant, very friendly service, excellent food, a nice large dining room (not badly soundproofed!), Just like in the old days. No fashionable frills, simple window curtains, less is more! Absolutely recommendable! Possibly reserve in advance and don't go too late, well before 8 p.m.

We stopped in the restaurant on a day bike tour around the lakes in the area - everything was very delicious in cozy and chic surroundings and with friendly service. A nice place in the beautiful state of Brandenburg. - Stopped-by at the restaurant during a bicycle day- trip around the lakes nearby - everything was delicious in a cozy and appealing ambience with a friendly service. This is a nice spot of the beautiful State of Brandenburg.

Very unfriendly waitress, we wanted to have dinner on 09/05/2020 around 6 p.m. and were turned away (allegedly all seats were reserved) At this point in time the restaurant was 10% full, the outside area was totally empty. There was no interest in hosting 2 people, a shame.

Nice place, good food, very friendly service - everything was great

We were there for a wedding and a cinema event and were very enthusiastic. Since it is currently handled very differently due to the pandemic consequences in the restaurants, I checked the web beforehand. Actually it should have been open from 11 a.m., but we were standing in front of a closed door on Thursday and found only one sign that was only open from 4:30 p.m. Very annoying if you drive an extra half an hour with four children and two adults.

Again very nice. It tasted excellent, highly recommended the Drehnaer fish platter and the lumberjack steak. As always, we were given a warm welcome without waiting. It was definitely not the last time.

The food tastes really excellent and the waitresses are always friendly. The ambience is rustic. Not fully designed, which makes it pretty homely. The prices are not super cheap, but not too expensive either. If you consider that there is a strong focus on local ingredients, you can accept that.

Friendly service, nice decor and nice garden. Solid home cooking in the higher value range. We had u.a. a super tender schnitzel and delicious home-made potato gratin and potato-cucumber salad, in Brandenburg this is worth five stars!

We went there for normal dinner during the week. Due to the seclusion and the fact that no event took place, we were able to enjoy the restaurant in peace. Local drinks from the local brewery and an extensive wine list were available as well as a very tasty menu. We decided on a main course and a dessert and can only warn you not to forget the homemade ice cream! The food was of a high standard for the price and we ate it completely. Should we be in the area again, we will certainly stop here

For meat lovers great. Not so for veggies
